I started this blog in late 2009 / early 2010 as a final attempt to start a blog. I have tried many times since 2005 but have somehow never been able to find the time to keep it up (or have anything particularly interesting to say).

I came up with the name of theprojectlab as it has become a bit of a standing joke that I am always working on, or starting a new project or another. And to be honest I don't expect that to change any time soon. This blog is therefore a place for me, Lucy, to spend time looking at and sharing the things I am inspired by and enjoy.

On theprojectlab you can expect to read about my adventures and interests revolving around craft, design, photography, interiors, antiques, marketing, being a wife and being a Mum.

Everything I write on this blog is based on my own opinions and I tend to use my own photography so please don't steal anything without giving me credit.
