LOVE this! It's not a newborn baby, it's a person in her own right. Looking a teeny bit tired and wide-eyed, but fabulous (love the earrings!). A brilliant example of how a photo with no words can really say a lot.
(And it's smaller than previous weeks - was that part of the artistic statement?)
Thanks! Kirsty, you are spot on! 10 out of 10 :) It's a BIG deal for me posting a portrait (I hate photos of me!) and I hesitated a lot about whether to but decided if ever there was a week it was this :) The size is reflective of my slight wobble when pressing 'publish'. I couldn't face you all having massive pictures of my face on your monitors :) Lx
after reading your post last week, I was going to say the same as Kirsty - hope that you are feeling a bit more like you, still you but in a with a new role
Hi i follow you on twitter (vmarks1984) & have been reading your blog a while - I also have a newborn (8 weeks, 5 weeks prem) & can relate to some of the things you've been going through. You look radiant in this picture & so glad you enjoyed a lovely baby free night off , you deserve it!
